For 15 years, Abdoulaye Bakary has worked at the Bogo health center in Balaza, the Far North region of Cameroon. Abdoulaye is one of more than a thousand community health workers in Cameroon that the U.S. President’s Malaria Initiative (PMI) supports with training, supervision, and supplies. This work helps relieve the burden of malaria so that one day, no one dies of a mosquito bite.
